Fault Message Widget
The fault message widget can be used to display fault messages both visually and acoustically. This enables the operator to quickly respond to a fault and take appropriate countermeasures. Depending on the system's configuration, the fault can be traced back to the source and quickly identified and resolved by the service staff.
Real-time monitoring of our systems with NCP and DUSTRON
The fault message widget is available for our INTRON-X control room software NCP and our iOS and Android mobile solution DUSTRON for smartphones and tablets. It primarily serves for the visual and acoustic display of system faults.
In real time, it provides the operator with precise information about affected components and detailed error descriptions in a compact format. This allows the operator to react immediately, knowing exactly what measures are required for resolution. This enables maintenance staff to act more efficiently, quickly, and with greater focus.

The widget can be flexibly adapted to individual needs: It either monitors only the system components relevant to the operator or serves as a comprehensive status display for distributed system networks. Furthermore, it can also indicate system states beyond fault messages, such as active maintenance work, night-time volume reductions, or test alarms.
In addition, our customizable control panel NCP, with the implementation of graphics and zoom functions, allows for even more intuitive fault localization, as illustrated in the video.
Our capabilities for comprehensive and targeted real-time monitoring of our safety-critical PA/GA systems are a prerequisite for their smooth operation and continuous availability.
