Flexible Wireless Communication

For Demanding Industrial Environments

For reliable communication in industrial settings, we offer robust crane stations that can be seamlessly integrated into existing operational radio networks. The devices are available with 10, 16, 20, or 32 direct-call keys, allowing flexible adaptation to various requirements.

The control unit is available in both VHF and UHF versions and serves as a direct interface to the INDUSTRONIC system. A proven 5-tone selective calling procedure is used for call control.

Configuration is carried out conveniently via the INTRON-X Service Tool. In addition, it is possible to connect external peripheral devices, such as foot switches, warning beacons, or amplifiers. We also offer mobile radios to further expand wireless communication capabilities.

Our Teams in Southern Germany and Berlin 

Our service team is based at various locations and supports our customers from their respective service offices. Thanks to their regional distribution, the service technicians can respond quickly and implement customer-specific requirements with flexibility.

Among their tasks are commissioning new systems, expanding existing systems, and performing inspections and maintenance work.

Their main areas of operation include central and southern Germany as well as Austria and Switzerland, but they also carry out commissioning assignments for our customers worldwide.

Personal interaction with service colleagues takes place twice a year during a service training session in Wertheim. These meetings deepen knowledge about products and their applications and introduce new components and solutions. They also strengthen team spirit and ensure continuous knowledge transfer across the entire service department.

Professional Acoustic Measurements 

At INDUSTRONIC, we have taken a big step forward: we built an in-house acoustic measurement room to verify speaker and microphone performance, ensure consistent results and carry out customer acceptance tests (FAT). By measuring reverberation times (RT60) before and after insulation upgrades, we cut waiting times significantly and improved accuracy across all frequencies.

The result: shorter setup times, better comparability, and a major leap in acoustic quality.
